I recently stayed at the Red Coach Inn, and while it had a few ups and downs, I found it to be a decent place overall. The room was clean and spacious, but there were a couple of hiccups during check-in. The breakfast left a bit to be desired, but the pool area was a nice touch. I would say it's a budget-friendly choice, but there is room for improvement.
Rooms

My room was large, with a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The mattresses were clean and comfortable, although I noticed some wear and tear in the furnishings.
Service

The check-in process was frustrating, taking upwards of 20 minutes because of a misunderstanding. However, the staff was friendly and helpful during checkout.

Located off I-35, it was easy to find and close to various restaurants and attractions in Newton. Plus, the pool area was great for the kids.
Dining

Breakfast was served, but it lacked variety and the food ran low quickly. I would have liked to see more options available.
Facilities

The pool and hot tub were refreshing, and there were activities for kids like ping-pong and arcade games. However, there were still some amenities that seemed lacking.

I had a mixed stay at the Red Coach Inn, where the cleanliness of my room stood out, but there were a few significant downsides. The location was decent, near some restaurants, but my overall experience was overshadowed by issues with service and amenities. While I appreciated the room's size and the nice decorations, certain aspects left me feeling disappointed during my visit.
Rooms

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed like a fridge and coffee maker. However, the air conditioning was a nightmare, as it would stop running during the night, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Service

Service was friendly but not very efficient. I had an issue with my credit card being charged twice, and it took a long time to get that sorted out. The staff seemed overwhelmed and I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously until I insisted.
Location

The location was quite convenient with a few dining options nearby, but I would have liked a better breakfast experience than the missing weekday offerings. It’s a shame because those details can really make or break a stay.

I didn't get to enjoy breakfast as it wasn't served during the week. However, when I did try the on-site restaurant for dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by the good Tex-Mex options that I initially overlooked.

I was excited about the pool and hot tub, but unfortunately, they weren't available. The hotel felt a bit dated overall, but it was comfortably clean and had a nice cozy vibe.

The front desk staff were friendly, but their handling of issues was lacking. I had a problem with the heat light and was told it would be fixed after I left, which was frustrating.

While the hotel had a few features like vending machines and an arcade area, many of the arcade machines were out of order, and the pool wasn't open either.
